The 2026 Americas Selection of the Bocuse d'Or and Pastry World Cup will take place in New Orleans, featuring top chefs and pastry artists from across the Americas competing for spots in the 2027 Grand Finals in Lyon, France. The event will be held in conjunction with the Louisiana Restaurant Association Showcase, the largest restaurant and hospitality industry trade show in the U.S. Gulf Region.
